1. Introduction

Welcome to Doito ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Customer" means any individual or entity that uses the Platform to book services.
• "Service Provider" means any individual or entity that offers services through the Platform.
• "Booking" means a confirmed service request between a Customer and a Service Provider.
• "Platform" means the Doito website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "Content" means all information, data, text, images, and other materials on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Our Services

Doito provides a marketplace platform that connects Customers with Service Providers for home services including but not limited to:

• Plumbing, Electrical, and Carpentry
• Cleaning, Painting, and Pest Control
• AC Repair, Appliance Repair, and Gardening
• CCTV Installation, Water Purifier Service
• Home Shifting, Renovation, and Car Wash

We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the quality of services provided by Service Providers. We do not guarantee the availability or performance of any Service Provider.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking Process

• Customers can browse services, select a provider, and book a service.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment authorization.
• Service Providers are notified of new bookings and must confirm availability.

5.2 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are fixed at the time of booking and are non-negotiable.
• Service Providers are bound by the displayed price for their services.

5.3 Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Customer Cancellation

• Customers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations after the service has started.

6.2 Provider Cancellation

• If a Service Provider cancels a booking, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.
• Repeated cancellations by a provider may result in account suspension.

6.3 Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 For Customers

• Provide accurate service requirements and location details.
• Ensure safe access to the service location.
• Pay the full amount as displayed at the time of booking.
• Provide honest feedback and reviews for service providers.

7.2 For Service Providers

• Deliver services as described and at the agreed time.
• Maintain professional conduct and high-quality standards.
• Carry necessary tools and equipment for the job.
• Provide accurate pricing and service descriptions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to bypass security measures of the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Use the Platform to solicit business outside Doito.
• Share or resell access to the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Doito and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent from Doito.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doito and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from service provider performance.
• Any errors, omissions, or interruptions in the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Non-payment of dues.
• Conduct that harms other users or the Platform.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and delete any downloaded content or applications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
